VehicleHarbor reviews current supply options through manufacturers, dealers and established supply partners. The selected vehicle, supplying party, delivery term and payment schedule are then confirmed in the quotation and contract.

Contract & deposit
A minimum 30% deposit is normally required before ordering.
Verification
The agreed vehicle and documents are prepared for export.
Balance & handover
The balance is cleared before container loading or the contract milestone.
Any letter-of-credit arrangement, inspection scope and included costs must be stated in the signed contract.
